What you do
- •Maintain rulebook, wiki and sanction guidelines and enforce them fairly
- •Decide reports, bans, appeals and escalations (not just chat)
- •Coordinate guardians and mentors, plan staff shifts and cover
- •Align policies, changelogs, announcements and releases with leadership
- •Incident response for exploits, dupes and cheats
- •Moderate Discord tickets and player conflicts when it gets serious
What you do not do
- •Not a guardian side job and not chat-only moderation
- •Not a salary like Builder or social media under Careers
What you need
- •At least 20 years old
- •Proven admin/mod experience on Minecraft servers (network or large server)
- •Calm under pressure, clear communication, German and English a plus
- •At least 25-35 hours per week (leadership, not a guardian side job)
- •Weekends at least 10-12 hours plus availability afternoons/evenings (peak time)
