What you do
- •Moderate in-game chat and reports
- •Welcome new players and explain the rules
- •Escalate cheater reports to leadership, do not run leadership bans yourself
- •Keep shifts, including evenings and weekends
What you do not do
- •Not Senator: not staff leadership, not the 25-hour admin role.
- •Not a salary. Guardian is team, not Careers with a contract.
- •Not a Discord tester ticket. Tester apply stays in the Discord support portal.
What you need
- •At least 16 years old
- •Friendly, patient and rule-abiding
- •Willingness for shifts (evenings and weekends)
- •Available at least 5-8 hours per week
