Exchange
Exchange is the crystal layer behind shop and pass. You trade crystals for unlocks and back, as the menu shows. This is not the AH and not a sign shop.
Crystals come from shop, pass, events or drops. Closed Beta testers claim 1,000 crystals once on the website with Discord, after 10 hours of active playtime (not AFK), one account per IP. The exchange menu shows rates. A rate can change. Screenshot before the trade if the sum is large. Reverse trade only if the menu offers it.
City money and crystals are different accounts. /moneylog shows money. Crystal stand sits in exchange or the pass. Do not mix with cases: cases drop items, exchange converts currency.
Give and rate admin are staff. Players only trade in the menu. No dropping crystals to players. /st is for items, not the currency behind the menu.
A pass reset changes tracks, not automatically every crystal. Read the menu before season end. Payment and in-game store are a different page. Exchange is the in-game layer.

- Small trades first. Understand the rate before the large sum goes.
- Pass and exchange the same day. Do not forget two currencies.
- Screenshot before the trade. A ticket without a picture is slow.
- AH for items. Exchange for crystals.
