Crystal items in hand: right-click redeems them. There is a success chance and sometimes a crit. Balance lands on the account for shop, cases and the pass.
The item is not the balance. Only the right-click posts it. On success you see the credit, on fail nothing stays. Several small crystals spread the risk better than one large throw. /kitemgive and /kristalladmin are staff.
You spend the balance in /nexusshop, at case NPCs and in AstralPass. The stand syncs with the dashboard and across the economy worlds. Without a card the grind path stays: vote, cases, drops. With a card it only goes faster.
Do not drop them in unsafe chat trades. Redeem on your plot or a quiet spot. Anyone who drops crystals just to look gifts them. /st applies to items, the balance itself does not move from account to account.
Exchange is the layer behind it. Players see crystal stand and redeem, not bookkeeping. Ticket if credit is missing: time, item name, no card data.
