Lucky blocks
Lucky blocks are event blocks with random loot. You place, break, get good or chaos. Give is staff. Players get them from events, cases or drops, not from /lucky give.
On your own plot or in the event zone. Not at spawn, not on other plots. The drop can be items, effects or a small joke. This is not a second case system and not a guarantee of the expensive drop.
Inventory space first. A full hotbar plus a chaos effect is why the good drop sits on the floor and someone else takes it. /st if you trade the contents after. Do not drop them just to look.
Give and admin set are staff. Chance is server-side. Ticket only if the block does not drop at all, not because the item was not legendary. Casino and lucky block are different surfaces.
Event days often have a crate or an NPC. Do not hoard the block and stack it at spawn. Plot or event zone, then break. After the event leftover stock stays on the plot, spawn is cleared by staff.
