Quest NPCs
NPCs in the city give quests: accept, complete, collect. That is the story thread beside jobs and the pass, not a replacement for the board.
Talk to the NPC, accept the quest. The goal is in the menu (items, kills, visit). Done: talk again. Reward into inventory or account.
Always trade expensive stuff with /st, never drop items just to look. Gambling only on our casino server (/casino), not as a player hall on the plot.

City missions and quest NPCs stack. Both give XP and items.
Tips
- Do not AH quest items before you turn them in.
