Nexus City is citybuild with teeth, not anarchy and not kindergarten. You should build farms, fly TNT, fight in the nature world and get rich. You should not scam anyone, wreck the server or blow up our economy with item dupes. Joining means you have read this. Ignorance is no excuse. In-game you sign the short version with /regeln. This is the full version, DE and EN, for the whole network: citybuild, farm, permafarm, build world, nature, casino server, Discord, website.

These rules apply on Minecraft, Discord, the website, the dashboard and all Nexus services. Staff can close gaps in the spirit of fairness. Changes apply once published here and in the changelog. The Minecraft EULA applies too.
By joining the server, staying in public Discord channels and using Nexus services you agree to these rules, including the stream and recording notice in section 11.
Goal: a city where you can build, farm, trade and flex without a duper or a scammer killing the season loop. Clear economy, plots, /st. Raiding other players' bases with X-Ray is a ban, not content.
No hate against origin, religion, gender, orientation or disability. No threats, no doxxing, no grooming, no NSFW in public channels. Political agitation and extremism are out. Keep religion out of global chat. Criticism of the game is welcome when it stays factual. Staff-bashing and fake polls about mods are a mute.
Spam: the same message three times in a row, all-caps floods, fake system messages (you have been banned), begging for items and ranks. Shop ads in global chat at most every 15 minutes, short and true. Other servers' IPs, Discord invites and shortlinks only with staff approval. Official Nexus links are fine.
Names, clan tags, plot aliases, signs, books, map art and skins follow the same limits. Offensive skins and map art go. Staff decide by effect, not by your excuse.
Hacked clients, KillAura, reach, fly, speed, no-fall, scaffold, Baritone, freecam to peek, X-Ray packs, ore finders, autoclickers, macros, RPA: ban, often perma. Joining with the client is enough. Physical turbo mice that click for you count as autoclickers.
Allowed: OptiFine, Sodium, Iris, LabyMod, Badlion without banned mods, shaders, dynamic lights, chat mods, minimaps without player and base radar, damage indicator, perspective, Schematica/Litematica as a template. EasyPlace yes if every block is its own click. A printer that places whole houses on its own: no.
You report bugs in a ticket. Using, sharing or selling exploits is a ban, even with no damage. Destroy items from cheats or bugs, or hand them to staff. Trading them is an extra ban.
This is the line where Nexus splits fun from killing the economy. TNT duping with flying machines is allowed. The machine copies TNT, the TNT explodes, you farm sandstone, stone, farms, caves, whatever you want. Exploding TNT is not forbidden. That is the tech flex we want.
Forbidden is every dupe that puts items in your hand or chest that you would otherwise grind, craft or buy. Sand duping: ban. Gravel, concrete powder, anvil gravity dupes: ban. Shulker duping: ban. Donkey chest, enderchest, book-and-quill, XP bottle, rail, carpet and chunk-unload dupes: ban. Short: if an extra item comes out, it is dead. If extra TNT comes out as an explosion, it is tech.
TNT dupers that lag the server (a hundred machines in one chunk, entity cramming, redstone clocks with no pause) are lag machines, not tech. Staff turn them off, no refund. Nothing explodes on other players' plots or at spawn. Plot flags and spawn protection apply. In the nature world you may boom. Other players' claims and event zones stay off limits.
Flying-machine TNT belongs in late game, so that one exception stays. Abusing it (stacking TNT as items and selling them from a forbidden item dupe) is still a ban.
Scamming is forbidden. Always. Dropping just to look, fake trades, a price switch in the last second, a kick during the deal, trust on the plot then emptying the chest, misleading shop signs (stack vs. piece), sabotaging the AH: that is on purpose.
That is why /st exists (SafeTrade, alias /trade). Both put items or money, both confirm, then the contents swap. Without the second confirm everything stays with the owner. Expensive stuff (spawners, backpacks, nukes, heads, shulkers full of loot) only via /st or the auction house. Whoever talks you into dropping is scamming. Whoever drops played along: staff will not restore the deal.
Proof goes in the ticket: screenshot, chat log, time. Faking proof is a ban. Pulling AH bids after a win, mystery auctions with zero info, fake enchants on lore: scam. No refund claim for typos in /pay, for death, for lag on your side.
Player casinos are forbidden. No slot halls, no plinko walls, no flower casinos, no dragon-egg tables, no betting signs, no prize wheels, no fake cases against city money. The reason: scam tables and lag redstone.
Gambling with city money only runs on our casino server: /casino. Plinko, blackjack, mines. Our table, our odds, optional. Sign shops for real items are trade, not a casino. Pyramid schemes and player mystery boxes are out. A stake you can afford from jobs, not the plot rent.
Leave other players' plots, farms, chests, redstone, armor stands and animals alone unless trusted. Unlock hoppers into the neighbour, TNT on the border, wither at spawn, checkplots only to hoard aliases: close to a ban. The plot owner is liable for what happens on the plot, including trusted players who grief.
TPA, warp, portal, lava and void traps are forbidden, even as a joke. Spleefing players on citybuild is forbidden. Items on the floor on other players' plots are not your loot. Spawn rows: build, not farm bunkers. /p trust * at spawn is off limits. Staff remove inappropriate builds with no item return.
Citybuild, build world, farm, permafarm: no PvP, no luring kills to spawn. Nature: PvP, heads, bounty. Wilderness is risk. You still do not grief claims, event zones and other players' nature plots. Combat logging in allowed PvP counts as running, not as a feature.
/casino is the casino server, with inventory separate where that makes sense. /server as a wildcard is locked, use /spawn /farm /nature /cb1 /casino. Farm and permafarm spawn have a protection radius.
No lag machines, no 1x1 towers packed with entities, no hopper walls without filters, no 200 generators on one chunk. Community events (drops, mining) yes, until TPS dies: then it stops and the hosts are liable.
AFK at farms is fine. AFK that bypasses achievements, votes, jobs or caps is a ban. Auto-kill plus auto-pickup at mass scale with nobody there wrecks the chunk: throttle or turn it off. Mechanical AFK pools just to bypass anti-AFK: no.
Your account, your responsibility. Shared passwords, hacked alts, account lists: ban. Ban evasion with a second account extends the ban to both, often perma. One Java and one Bedrock account for the same person: okay, not online at the same time. Tell staff if several PCs join from one home.
RMT is out: real money, Paysafe, PayPal, crypto against items, city money, accounts, boosts, except through our shop. Crystals and ranks only via the website or /nexusshop. Phishing for session, PIN, mail: close to a report plus perma.
YouTube and Twitch about Nexus are allowed, without spam. Ads for other Minecraft networks, fake giveaways and fake store scams (join Discord, win rank) are mute or ban. Official giveaways come from staff or the creator program. Joining shady giveaways is a risk, often a shared punish.
Streams and videos: Nexus City streams and produces content regularly (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Discord clips, highlights). By joining the server, staying in public voice channels and using our services you agree that your in-game actions, in-game chat and your voice in public voice channels may be used in streams, videos, clips and social posts by Nexus City and our official creators. That is not a problem and not grounds for a complaint. If you do not want to be in a voice, use push-to-talk, mute yourself or leave the channel. Nexus may use recordings for moderation, highlights and promotion. Creators outside the official program need consent from affected people before publishing other voices.
Staff instructions apply immediately. Argue in a ticket, not in global chat. Real mods have the tag in chat and on the website. Fake admin, bribes, pull imitation: ban. Complaints about mods only via ticket, not DM to the person you accuse.
No item claim for your own fault, death, trades, client lag, /pay typos. On a proven server bug staff can review. There is no legal entitlement. Staff may mute, kick and check inventories on suspicion.
Warning, mute, kick, plot reset, item wipe, temp ban, perma. Heavy scams, cheats, item dupes, RMT and casino builds escalate fast. The attempt counts. Alts inherit the punish.
Appeals only via the form on the website, not in chat, not via Discord DM to a single mod. The in-game book is the short version to sign. This wiki is the binding long version if the two clash (and the in-game book will be brought in line).
